I just popped in here: wow, not easy to find the entrance, it is just a painted number with the name on a industrial, grey door. The guys working there couldn’t have been nicer: they let me borrow an entire fan book of their SafeCoat paints so I could see the colors at home. (I only had to promise to bring it back- how about that old fashioned honesty?) They carry 2 kinds of Zero VOC products (SafeCoat and Yolo). Yolo sells poster-sized samples of their paint colors (think Martha Stewart and Dwell combined here). If you are dying for a Benjamin Moore paint they will custom mix one for you using SafeCoat’s bases. I didn’t check out all the other building products- but did see some nice samples lying around.

products that have been fairly traded and use organic ingredients. An
