This FreshBaby starter kit was given to me by my mother when I was out visiting. Because I was visiting and had Grandma (Mimi) as an always present babysitter, I actually had time to watch the DVD that came with the kit. It was helpful, in fact, one part I rewound 3 times! (I can’t remember which part now- but it probably was to do with the measuring as I am horrible at math).

The kit comes with an instructional "how to make baby food" dvd- 2 freezer storage trays (the best ones out there) and a nutrition tips card (which I keep on my fridge).

The freezer trays are the best.  Here is their website for the starter kit:  Really, really suggest the freezer trays- here is a photo of the starter kit-
Just so you know—-these make 1 oz cubes.

BELOW RIGHT: These are the other freezer trays out there- these make 2 oz cubes which is helpful sometimes for when they get older. However, I have had 2 of these trays crack when I try to get the cubes out. I think this photo is very funny. It is NEVER this neat when you pour the food into the trays- and the food is rarely this thick. So, don’t expect yours to look this perfect. I end up pouring the food over the entire tray, taking a spatula and smoothing the food into the holes and ending up with a mess- but who cares? At least it is done.
