Our parents gave us a gift of a portraiture session. We chose Justine Cooper to take the photos as I adore her open, happy, breezy style of portraiture.  Justine is a fine artist who also just happens to take awesome pictures! (and has been for many years).  She lives in Brooklyn and is a mom here- so she knows a lot of the kid-friendly places and picturesque settings. We opted for the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens- and specifically in the Cherry Tree Esplanade and the Japanese Garden. They were lovely venues and full of shade for photographing. Justine sent us the link to our portrait session immediately. It was great to view them online and share them with our family. The prints we got back were professional in quality: it is a reputable photographers’ sharing site. I thought I would post a few here for you all to see. It is a beautiful time of the year to get a photo taken- the trees are starting to turn and you can wear yummy fall clothing!
