Tiny Masters of Today (doesn’t that name smack of Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventures somehow?)- a teen rock band are releasing a new CD- Bang Bang Boom Cake (boy, do they know their alliteration!) and signing their new alphabet book for kids. They are doing it all at Sound Fix Records in Williamsburg at 4 pm this Sunday. Sound Fix is a independent record store that is at 110 Bedford Ave. I checked out Tiny Masters website and it is impressive: tons of press and photos of the cool and very adult places they have played. I gather they are garage punk with distorted guitar- even David Bowie called it "genius!". Wow.
I got their album on Itunes… these kids are alright
