If you have ever wondered how your stress is affecting your pregnancy….I hope this will make you feel better. This is from Parenting Magazine: "There’s no medical connection between everyday worries — too many tasks
to juggle, say, or a disagreement with your mate — and giving birth to
an unhealthy baby. One study even suggests that cortisol, a hormone
released when you’re stressed, may actually help your child’s brain
development. So relax: It’s normal to have some anxiety during
pregnancy, and you don’t have to feel guilty about it."
