Society for Clinton Hill Children’s Halloween Walk.
This event gets bigger and more exciting every year. Meet at the Society of Clinton Hill
Garden at DeKalb/Hall to pick up maps for the best locations for
entertainment and treats. Parents must accompany children. FREE.

313 Clinton Avenue, Continuous Halloween Show and Haunted House
The show is put on by the Clinton Hill Players featuring Janna Hyten,
DK Holland, Claudia Howard, Andrew Watts, Kelsey Hyten and other
Clinton Hill stars. Show to be featured in Time Out NY. Society of Clinton Hill is proud to
be a sponsor. Janna
is currently raising money for this year’s set and show. Anyone who
provides a $100 donation will receive a free ticket to the famous
Halloween party at 313 Clinton Ave (btw. lafayette and Dekalb). (The show is very expensive to put
on, and Janna has bankrolled it herself for many years.) Contact

BOO AT BAM! : Brooklyn’s best aliens, astronauts and androids will take
part in the outer-space-themed festivities in this year’s BAMboo
Halloween celebration at Brooklyn Academy of Music. The annual
celebration attracts over 3,000 local children and adults! This year’s

PARK SLOPE CIVIC COUNCIL’S HALLOWEEN PARADE AND PRE-PARTY
Wednesday, October 31: pre-party: 4-6 pm: parade: 6:30pm
Pre-Halloween Parade Party, 4:00 to 6:00 pm. The Prospect Park YMCA is
once again hosting a party prior to the Parade. This event, including
pumpkin decorating, dancing and candy treats, is free for all children
ages 3 through 11. The YMCA is located on 9th Street between 5th and
6th Avenues. Join the Headless Horsewoman and other Halloween friends on Tuesday, October 31 at the Civic Council’s Halloween Parade. The parade, for children of all ages, starts at 6:30 pm at 7th Avenue and 12th Street and proceeds to Union Street . Participants may join the parade at any point along the route. Our usual Parade bands – Paprika and The Eternal Buzz Brass Band will be on hand.

ALBERMARLE ROAD PARADE

Albemarle Road Parade: Gather at the corner of Westminster Road & Albemarle for the Annual Albemarle Parade with snacks available before the parade kicks off at about 5:30pm

WEST MIDWOOD HALLOWEEN PARADE
Wednesday, October 31: 5:30pm
Gather at 5:30 pm for cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and apple juice. The parade meets at the dead end (train cut) on the west side of Glenwood Road between E15th & E16th. If you walk down Rugby Rd to Glenwood it’s the dead end you see right there.The parade will begin at 6 pm and will proceed down Glenwood toward Westminster Road and then circle back again. All are welcome, especially kids in costumes.

PROSPECT HEIGHTS: CORDUROY KIDS’ 2ND ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PORTRAIT NIGHT

Costume Swap this Saturday, October 20, from 10-1. Sizes 0-8. It’s $5 per family and free to Families First members.
Annual Halloween Party and Munchkin Parade on Friday, October 26, from 10-noon. Bring your 0-to-4-yr-olds for a kiddie party and a fun parade around the block. $10 per family and $5 for Families First members.

Come enjoy an interactive, fun and spooky Halloween Party and Puppet Show.
Meet strange creatures from the planet “Doo Bop”.
Travel across the universe and visit other galaxies where families like the Cyclops live.
Doo Bop’s SHOW will spark the imagination and inspire a sense of wonder and magic.
The puppet show borrows from the movies “The Wizard of Oz” and “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” But, unlike a movie, the children will interact with the show. The show is for everyone.
