Blogger, Deidre Gill- has a cool event for kids as part of a National Day of Climate Action and Step It Up Day. She is gathering everyone at Grand Army Plaza on Saturday, Nov. 3rd at 12 pm to paint a banner that will call for real action from our leaders against global warming. What a cool, creative way for kids to get involved and feel empowered to help the environment. The New York
International Childrens Film Festival is
screening the Finnish Live
action fantasy-allegory about a pelican who becomes a human. The
producer will be there to answer questions following the screening at
11 am on Sunday, Nov. 4th. There is also a screening on Saturday Nov.
3rd at 11 am. At the IFC Center at West 3rd Street. Finnish with
English subtitles. Adults are $11 and children are $7.50. Ages 7-14

Baby Loves Disco is doing their usual fun afternoon disco dance party with cool spun music by DJs. You can hang out in the chill-out room with tents, books and puzzles or dance with the bubble machines. Full spread of healthy snacks and diaper changing stations. Ages 0-7.
