We used to make something like this wooden car in our old shop class. My edges never got polished like these though. Maple Landmark makes these wooden kits: you can make a car, train or boat. It is for children 3 and up. The kit has a 4" sanded smooth
pine body and 4 natural wheels and axles. All you need is some glue, a hammer, and paints,
