Free skating on Friday, December 14th from 8:30 am to 9 pm at the Kate Wollman Center and Rink in Prospect Park. Ages 3 years and up. Skate rentals are $6.
3k Fun Run in Fort Greene, Brooklyn on Saturday, December 15th | 9am | Fort Greene ParkGet out and enjoy the park before winter truly hits, grab a snack
from the Greenmarket, put the kids in the Kiddie Race, or let them play
in the playground and take the chance to stretch your legs out! The
course is stroller-friendly, and walkers/shufflers/strollers/babies are
all welcome. It is only a 3K by the way- everyone can do it!
Sponsored by Sanemoms.com and area businesses, the race is the first of it’s kind in Fort Greene Park! Let
the kids in on the fun, and have their own race! Register beforehand, and join in the fun.
Awards will be given for all participants. Registration is available online at www.active.com, up until midnight (PST) on December 13th, for $20. *Goodie bags and free t-shirts to all participants … including trial Crunch memberships!**
