(yikes!)- but both were great and both providers were gentle and
solicitous.

Stana is a labor doula that
we interviewed pre-birth. At the meeting, she gave me a quick massage
and I nearly melted. She used some acupressure and quickly relieved a
very sore hip. I keep meaning to call her to try a full massage, as I
think she would be excellent.
