This is such a great chair! I have seen this in montessori schools. Basically, a toddler can get in and out of it himself/herself. It is extra wide for those big toddler bottoms (please don’t take offense- maybe I am the only with a big toddler bottomed child who appreciates the extra width) and allows them to put their knee in the chair and turn around in it. It is also short for toddler’s short legs.
It has a handhold so a toddler can carry it around. It can be stacked also. The chair shown here is for ages 12 to 30 months.

How cute! We need the big bottomed toddler items as well. We actually just found a very cute table/chair set for IKEA that our toddler does pretty well with, but these are designed very well for that age.
