Mrs. Meyers Cleaner- the Cheap Way in Brooklyn

I have tried a lot of different green cleaners and the one I like the best is Mrs. Meyers. As far as I know it has never been available in Brooklyn, until now. A new green store in Clinton Hill called Green in Bklyn, is carrying it. The store owner, Elissa, couldn’t be more accommodating. When I told her I needed to to buy more of the Meyer’s Countertop Spray, she suggested I use Meyers All Purpose Cleaner refill and just dilute it to make a cheaper Countertop Spray. I did that tonight, and look how much is still left in the refill bottle! (Ignore the spray bottle please, those are bubbles at the top which didn’t settle when I took the picture).
P.S. Green in Bklyn carries bambu utensils, bowls, recycled melanine kids dishes, organic blankies, wooden rattles, nontoxic nail polish, too. I have begged her to carry pure rubber pacifiers- hope she will!

I’ve been buying Mrs. Meyers for a couple of years in Brooklyn….. Winn Discount on Court & Degraw sells it, as does the Green Store on Atlantic & Nevins which is also full of green products for the home & kids……
I also just found that you can enter your zip code in on mrsmeyers.com and it gives you all the stores that carry it.

I can’t believe that I have been shlepping to Manhattan to buy Mrs. Meyers when you all know better!
A couple of people wrote to say it was in Target and one to say it was in Fairway. I have looked and looked in Fairway and never found it….can you please tell me where it is in the store?

I saw the whole line at the key food on Montague Street yesterday
the Key Food on Montague St in the Heights carries Mrs. Meyers as does Fairway. I haven’t used any of the products yet but plan to once my usual cleaners run out.
oooh, thanks for the info for this great shop. i’d love to check it out sometime. also, winn discount on court street does carry some mrs. meyers products, i am a fan of the products too. but, i am not sure if they have the all purpose cleaner? thanks again, jennifer
