This guide on Parenting.com caught my attention when it went up online today. I have always wondered how a doctor can spot ADD or ADHD when s/he has such limited time when seeing your child. It seems that it is really up to the parent to spot any signs of ADD or ADHD and bring it to the attention of the doctor for investigation.  That’s why this guide is particularly helpful. It explains to parents how to spot ADHD/ADD, to beware of misdiagnoses and how to help your child holistically at home with everything from martial arts to nutrition. All in all, the guide is well-balanced and informative.
