They are expensive and the Manager "John Smith" is quite aweful to deal with. I'd recommend Bher’s if you need a forum to do your research or Window Shop. They have a huge show room in LI, where they have the luxury to have tons of cribs on display. Do you research at bears and buy elsewhere. Personally I found a deal for a Crib, Dresser and Mattress for $400 cheaper at Planet Kids. If you want good customer service DONT GO TO BHER’S in Long Island.
