Free truck show!
Residents of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill might have noticed the street repair project currently underway in the neighborhood. While annoying to drivers, my 17 month old toddler seems to think it’s the best thing he’s ever seen. Currently on Lafayette Ave there’s the most amazing machine that eats up the road and spits it out into another truck that drives along side of it. There’s also backhoes cleaning up the debris. And on Vanderbilt there are steamrollers flattening down the new pavement. If you happen to have a little one who enjoys a good truck show, take them out to see the sights! According to MyLittleO.com the repairs will be going on for 2 weeks. If you’re not sure where they are headed next, just look for the “No Parking – Street Repair” signs that are posted daily.
