Long Island College Hospital (LICH) is sponsoring a Health Day this Saturday for a couple of hours. Most importantly, you can get free health screenings for your kids, a CPR demo that will teach your kids how to do CPR and meet LICH physicians. To make the event fun for kids, they will have clowns, face painting and AudraRox for a sing-a-long and music.
Now, will they do a free CPR class for parents too? I need a refresher.
