Pier 6 has been enjoying all the fame and visitors, but Pier 1 is ready to take the lead on Saturdays through July. The new Bridge Culture Festival is kicking off its first year by celebrating Brooklyn, India, Russia & Haiti with music, storytelling and dance- all FREE.
