Supreme Court weighs in on Atlantic Yards

Just in from The Fort Greene Association. (I am truly sad about this). Yesterday New York State Supreme Court Justice Abraham Gerges dismissed a lawsuit challenging the condemnation of property needed for the Atlantic Yards Arena.
