Stroller Strides doing the chest press!

Stroller Strides, the #1 Stroller exercise program in the country has come to Brooklyn…and you can win a free month of classes in our giveaway! Stroller Strides works by combining an amazing workout of cardio, strength, flexibility and more.   It’s no walk in the park-  but you will also have fun.  You get to exercise with your babe, meet other mommies and participate in fun playgroups, Moms Night Out and family events! The combination of exercise with social connecting is what makes Stroller Strides unique. And, don’t worry if you have a fussy baby: because the trainer stops every few minutes for body toning, you can always catch up with them if you get behind. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am at the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights.  Their grand opening is May 17th at 9:30 am in Brooklyn Heights-  try a class out then with a lot of other moms! (and as a reader you can also get an additional free class!)
