Giveaway & Buy 1 Ticket Get 1 Free: Peter & the Starcatcher
You may be familiar with the wonderful children’s novel Peter & The Starcatcher by Dave Barry & Ridley Pearson, which is the Peter Pan prequel that tells the story of how a lost boy became Peter Pan.
The 5 Tony Award winning Broadway show, Peter & the Starcatcher, based on the popular book, has hit a chord with kids (over 10 years) and adults. (I’m going with my husband!) There are only 12 actors, but the play has 112 parts. It’s a simple set, but it’s handcrafted from bottle caps and lost and found items.
It has gotten amazing reviews and blog press and I’m dying to see it…so I’m thrilled that we are able to give away a family 4 pack of theater tickets to see the musical and announce their “Buy One Ticket Get One Free” offer.
The reviews have been wildly enthusiastic: (even from the NY Times, whose review is over the top laudatory.)
THE MOST EXHILARATING BROADWAY STORYTELLING IN DECADES! YOU MUST EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF.”
Ben Brantley —The New York Times
“ASTONISHING. Superbly directed by Roger Rees and Alex Timbers.”
John Lahr —The New Yorker
