Families can also enjoy performances by Lady Circus and live music from the Hungry March Band, the Banjo Rascals, and Benjamin Ickies and the Coney Island Screamers. A trivia contest about Coney Island history rounds out the day’s activities.

3:00 pm: Bargemusic Presents: “Music in Motion”
Since 1977, Bargemusic has presented chamber music in an unlikely and startlingly beautiful venue—a floating barge at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. Both established and emerging musicians perform at Bargemusic on a small stage with the dramatic backdrop of the East River and lower Manhattan skyline.  Neighborhood Family Concerts are a one hour performance, including a Q & A session with the musicians.
