I saw Dr. Raymond based on a recommendation from my ENT.  He has a super nice office with a nice waiting room. The front staff is somewhat friendly- but always busy talking among themselves. I really like Dr. Raymond’s bedside manner: he is thoroughly interested in helping you solve your problem, your case history and needs.  He listens carefully.  One of the nicer aspects of his office is that he can do all the procedures in-office: colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, etc. He has an anaesthesiologist team that comes in. The one I had did his residency at Mass General- and was very friendly. I would highly recommend him. He is affiliated with Beth Israel.
