Personally, I love both of these: I love the white background of “Lilly”- it feels very contemporary and light and the drawing of “Roald” (must be a Brit!), is intense and so present. “Roald” was done on tinted paper so you get a sense of him placed in an environment. But what I like about both of them is that you get a sense of the kids’ focus and personality. She has real talent.
