Veep #4: “I’m not scared of you anymore”
Photographer Sarah Sloboda captures our Veeps every week for us. If you would like to be featured as a Veep- email us!
From Sarah about the shoot: It was so fun shooting Amy for Veeps! It turns out, pre-baby she used to perform improv as a hobby – no wonder she was cracking me up the whole time. I snapped some shots of her in DUMBO overlooking the bridges, and completely fell in love with her gorgeous hair and awesome sandals.
Age of Child: 8 months
Neighborhood you live in: Carroll Gardens
Favorite places in Brooklyn to hang out with your child: Carroll Park swings, Enoteca on Court (they’re so stroller friendly!), YMCA pool (well, that’s more his favorite than mine), Cobble Hill Park “lawn”
Any hobbies / passions of yours? Crocheting (most recently baby blankets and hats), traveling (easier than I thought it’d be with a kid), surfing
Anything you’d like to say to your kid here? “I’m not afraid of you anymore!”
