I had heard Premier Pediatrics in Park Slope was moving. We go there ourselves. It is official now that it is on their website:
After 10 years, we have lost our lease at our current Brooklyn location. In the coming months, we will be moving to a new and larger home at 104-110 4th Avenue (corner of Warren Street and 4th Avenue)! The new location is 3 blocks from the Atlantic Avenue subway station (2,3,4,5,B,D,M,N,Q,R ) and 3 blocks from the Union Street subway station (D,M,N,R). From the F line, you will transfer to the R train at the 4th Avenue/9th Street subway station.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the new space and we are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause for some of our patients. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date for the move just yet (construction, permits, etc.). We will post more information about the move as it becomes available.

** the general word is that the new doctor on staff, Dr. Deena Blanchard is quite good. Finally! After 2 missteps with other doctors (Dr. Raksis and Dr. Magnus)- I am thrilled to hear they have a great new addition. Dr. Julie Gallambardo was a welcome new addition a year and a half ago too!
