As we reach spring fundraising season for schools, a word of note. It might seem strange to go to a fundraiser for a school that your children don’t attend- but there are actually quite a few reasons you might find it’s totally worth it.
- You might find a school you like.
- You might meet new neighborhood friends (for you and your child).
- You might have a great excursion that just happens to also be philanthropic.
- You are supporting a local institution that supports your community.
And, if those reasons aren’t compelling, how about- you just might dance your booty off?!
