Back in January, I announced that Tribeca Pediatrics was expanding to Fort Greene. After walking by there this week, I noticed they had done a lot of work on the location, but it didn’t look ready for a move in- so I was surprised that they announced that they would be open for business today, March 7th. They must have done a lot of work since last week.
Tribeca Pediatrics has additional offices located in Williamsburg, Park Slope and Boerum Hill. This new expansion will be convenient for Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, downtown Brooklyn and surrounding families. Located steps from most major subways and buses at 771 Fulton Street (between S Portland and S Oxford), I’m sure it will be a busy office.
Tribeca Pediatrics Fort Greene will have Saturday hours starting March 12th as well. The pediatrician who will be at this office is Dr. Judith Hoffman, a Fort Greene local herself.

Dr. Hoffman grew up in the Midwest and, after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology, she attended medical school at NYU. She spent a year during med school working in Australia and Southeast Asia, then did her residency in Pediatrics at Columbia Presbyterian. Dr. Hoffman enjoys developing close relationships with new parents and educating and supporting them through the ups and downs of early childhood. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Daniel, and their dog, Gus, and enjoys yoga, biking, and traveling.
The Fort Greene office will also have classroom space for Tribeca Parenting’s pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting classes, including postpartum support like Breastfeeding Support Clinics and New MOMs Groups.
