Halloween weekend is finally here and we are so excited to trick or treat, dress up and enjoy some activities with our families. This list includes cool events like a meet and greet with Meet Mo Willems, author of Knuffle Bunny, and a Weekend Fitness Walking Program in Central Park. This weekend, Dads can also enjoy an event all to themselves with the Boot Camp for New Dads at Tribeca Parenting. Taught by veteran dads, this workshop will include demonstrations on to swaddle and discussions on how to be supportive. We also have a list of more weekend events on our calendar page. HIP play
We are sad to report that Still Hip will be closing after its Halloween Bash in a few weeks. Until then, parents and their kids can still enjoy their daily playgroups. Participants are simply asked to help set up and clean up the space, but there will always be someone in the store to help. Boot Camp for New Dads at Tribeca Parenting
Dads who are looking for a community and a support system should check out this incredible boot camp by the NYC Dads Group. At the boot camp, expectant and new dads can connect with veteran dads (and their babies) for an honest talk about what it is like to be a father.
