City Kids Dance is offering free demo classes and drop-ins for the month of December. This is the perfect chance to try one of their classes like Super Hero Adventure, Ballet Babies! or Creative Ballet and their new Broadway Dance class for ages 5.5-8 years old. See below for more info.

Super Hero Adventure Free Drop in
Ages 2-3 years with caregiver
Drop-In Dates: Thursdays, December 1, 8 and 15
Time: 10:30am
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, It’s Super Dancer! This dynamic class gives boys and girls a chance to jump, leap, run and dance while imagining they are their favorite superheroes. This class will allow children to reveal their heroic alter-egos, to fly, web-sling and leap tall buildings in a single bound. (Super Girls and Wonder Women are also welcome!)
Broadway Dance Demo *new class!
Ages 5.5-8 years
Demo Dates: Fridays, December 9th & 16th
Time: 5:15pm
Children will learn classic Broadway theatre dance movement and jazz styles in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. Perfect for boys and girls who love to dance and have a flair for the dramatic! Class focuses on a different musical every week and covers technique, vocabulary, style, and performance.
Ballet Babies Demo
Ages 18 months- 3 years with Caregiver
Demo Date: Thursday, December 15th
Time: 3:15pm
If your tot is already wearing a tutu and can’t wait to twirl, leap and curtsy like a ballerina then this is the class for her! Little ballerinas and their caregivers will learn beginning ballet steps through use of music, bubbles, scarves, imaginative choreography and more. Ballet Babies! is a fun and interactive class for both children and parents and will develop body awareness, motor skills and promote working together and musicality.
Creative Ballet Demo
Ages 3.5-5 years
Demo Date: Thursday, December 15th
Time: 4:15pm
Our Creative Ballet program gives children the opportunity to explore dance as a means to self-awareness, creative expression, imagination, teamwork. Students will learn the foundations of ballet as a starting point and will then explore other styles of dance including modern, jazz, and folk dance as well as acrobatics to give the students a wealth of skills to further their dance creativity, strength building, musicality, memorization and confidence.
