I realize this may be a bit out of “left field”, but I was totally psyched when I found this wonderful astrologer- and so, I thought some of you might be interested in her too. I hate to let a great resource go by without letting you all know about it. At least I think she was great. I hope you do too if you go.
Here’s the quick lowdown of how I found her. I was seeing a polarity therapist (now, you are going to think I am really “out there”!) and happened to ask her if she knew of a good astrologer. I was going through some major changes at home and wanted to get a perspective on these new developments. This polarity therapist immediately responded that she knew a fantastic astrologer/healer that she and a lot of her friends had been seeing for years. The therapist told me that she would email me as soon as she knew when the astrologer was coming to town. Well, guess what? Fates collided and that email came the next day. And, so I met with Andrea Goodman from Ruby Throated Spirit in a warm studio in Park Slope.
Andrea spent 2 hours with me on my charts and helped me understand what was going on in my universe. That, plus her wise advice, helped guide me in my thought processes with the changes. I came back from that appointment and raved about it to my friend whose husband had just walked out on her. She was keenly interested that Andrea had just published a book on surviving divorce. My girlfriend made an appointment in which Andrea read her tarot cards. My friend said she, too, felt wizened by Andrea’s reading and advice.

Astrology, Tarot, Sound-Healing, Reiki, Voice Lessons, Counseling
Private sessions for new and returning clients, $125 per hour. Astrology Readings are usually two hours, recorded, and require preparation. Mythic astrology, birth charts, Solar return charts, relationship readings, updates, date selection. Tarot Readings are usually one hour and can also be recorded, especially good for decisions and guidance for specific dilemmas, and can add to a healing or counseling session. Sound-Healing and Reiki are often combined and I prefer to allow 1 1/2 hours to address healing on every level. Voice Lessons, one hour, can be applied to speech, singing or vocal freedom and confidence.
