Last week Babeland and A Child Grows in Brooklyn teamed up to bring moms together for a fun night out. We rarely get to treat ourselves and this night was all about celebrating women!
Moms got sex tips from Babeland (those should be bottled up for future use) and complimentary mini-manicures from Polish Bar of Brooklyn. I can’t believe that 70 women got manicures within 2 hours! Note that the manicurists are both standing up out of their chairs in the photo above! They worked their tushes off.
Complimentary Babeland Bubbly kept moms effervescent and snacks by Peeled Snacks were a healthy treat. One mom did complain that it was too healthy…she begged us to have Doritos next time around. Nice try, Sara!
My favorite make up artist, Evy Drew, did makeup touch-ups and also reeled off her fabulous tips. She works with moms a lot and has 5 steps that help you from looking like you didn’t sleep the night before (which you probably didn’t!). Evy is the perfect makeup artist for moms: she comes to your home and goes through your makeup bag to help you decide what to keep and what to ditch. Then she does your makeup, teaches you how to do it yourself, and then goes out and purchases the makeup you need with her insider discount. It’s one of the best services I have done for myself. I have a streamlined makeup bag now and I know exactly what I am going to do when I stand before the mirror each morning (and it takes 8 minutes!)
Babeland raffled off a fabulous prize. We are not telling what this incredibly happy woman won!
Each mom walked off with a gift bag with a Babeland goodie (we can’t say what it was but we can tell you it goes vrooomm…..). Peeled Snacks also gave each mom a packet of snacks with coupons so that they can share the healthy bite sized fruits with their family too.
The meetup got great reviews…so I am wondering: should we do it again? Do you want another Mom’s Night out?
