Weekday Events! What to do in Brooklyn (and Manhattan) this week – March 4th-7th, 2013

flowers

Hi everyone!

Happy March!  The children and I saw some crocuses and snow drops the other day while walking through Brooklyn.  Even as we have flurries here and there it does feel like Spring is coming!  We have been at the playground more too!  Next week will feel even more spring as the days get longer after this weekend when Daylight Savings Time begins!

Since there are still some dreary days here and there you should definitely check out the story-times and sing-a-longs. We have Mil’s Trills at Rock Shop and Rolie Polie Guacamole at the Kings Bay Y and at Two Moon Art House & Cafe.

This is a new month and there are usually changes at the local library branches and at the moment the online calendar doesn’t seem to be working so I can’t verify the story-times so be sure to check your with your branch before you head out! Have a great week and if you find an event you want to share drop me an email at: events@achildgrows.com.
