boy_building_500x332_72ppi-300x199

Hi everyone!

APRIL!  Can’t believe it is April!  After the awesome  (& sort of awesome) weather the last few days I think we can safely say we are FINALLY done with the winter blahs.. spring showers bring May flowers!

We had an action packed week last week and there are still 2 days left of the NYC public school break!  Hope you get to enjoy them by heading to Brooklyn Robot Foundry for a special drop off Toobalink class Monday or learn about nesting at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden  on Tuesday or make a special trip to the Staten Island Children’s Museum which is FREE Monday and Tuesday!

Spring semesters are starting up soon so there are a lot of free demo/trial classes or discounted classes so be sure to check out Audra Rox, Music Together, The Playroom at EGG, CUMBE, & Frolic in the ONGOING section for more information.

Have a great week and send me any events at events@achildgrows.com

It is a construction toy where kids use recycled paper towel and toilet tissue rolls to build really awesome structures! Every day nearly 50 million cardboard tubes are thrown away. Why not use them to instead make awesome recycled creations? And even better, the toy is made in the USA! And the headquarters is only a few blocks from the Foundry. Bringing together Toobalink and Brooklyn Robot Foundry just sounded right to us! Toobalink will be offering a special promotion at the event!
