Piggy Nation, The Musical at The Snapple Theater Center (MIDTOWN)
My son and I had the pleasure of seeing this show and we thought it was glorious! It’s a show filled with love and laughter and lessons learned. The intimate theater and the fact that audience members can enjoy a meet-and-greet with the cast makes it a totally a must-see. Based on the award-winning book, Piggy Nation follows Sammy Hamhock, a little pig excited to be on vacation following his Dad to work on Piggy Patrol, issuing tickets for piggy behavior. But is his Dad being a piggy too? Will Sammy lose the girl of his dreams, the lovely Lacey Leppard, because of his Dad’s piggy behavior? Can Sammy teach his Dad not to be a piggy?
