Grab the family and head to Prospect Park Zoo where Halloween fun awaits! The annual Boo at the Zoo weekend is jam-packed with fun activities such as a Costumed Character Scavenger Hunt, face painting, and other Halloween-themed games and crafts and, of course, there’ll be plenty of animals to visit. There will also be a Spooky Barn for the older kids and Wildlife Witch Shows in the theater with live animal encounters!

It wouldn’t be trick or treat without animal snacks so be sure to catch the sea lion feeding and get a load of how happy those baboons are when they indulge in tasty treat-filled pumpkins.

Boo at the Zoo wouldn’t be complete without marching through the zoo in the Costume Parade, followed by a groovy time at the kid-friendly dance party! Keep an eye out for costumed characters as you explore the zoo and ask them to take a picture with you!
