Ample Hills Creamery is Zagat's Top Ice Cream in New York City!

The 30Congratulations to Ample Hill Creamery on being voted the Top Ice Cream in New York City in the 2015 Zagat Survey!  Ample Hills Creamery opened in Prospect Heights in 2011 and they make all their own ice cream with the freshest ingredients and have always been popular which can be seen with their Google reviews.

This summer Ample Hills Creamery expanded and has multiple locations.  My family and I are huge fans and have visit the Prospect Heights shop after school  many times and one of our summer bucket list goals was to visit all the locations.  The Gowanus shop has a very cool roof deck!

Ample Hills  created a custom Zagat flavor called “The 30” which is made with frangelico and red velvet ooey gooey butter cake and lucky customers got free ice cream this past weekend during the Zagat celebration.  They are also giving out a copy of the 2015 Zagat Survey while supplies last at the Prospect Heights and Gowanus shops.

The website has information about their flavors and you can ship pints to family and friends nationwide.  A great gift for ice cream lovers!  Ample Hills Creamery also has a book featuring recipes for some of their famous flavors and has stories, activities and drawings.  The book is on my daughter’s Christmas wish list.

Ample Hills Moo-vie Night starts this Thursday at 6p.  They will screen family friendly movies on alternating Thursdays this winter and be sure to follow them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram so you can enter their flavor contests.  If your flavor gets picked you win a pint!  The first Moo-vie Night will be The Witches.

Getting hungry for ice cream!
