Babyccino Kids is a Hit

I want to share with you all a wealth of talent, taste, artistry, and timeless baby/kids’ clothing all in one “place”- Babyccino Kids. I was lucky enough to attend their ShopUp  breakfast event last week in Park Slope, and was truly blown away. As a sometimes crafter and artist, I was excited to see so many of the things that I love to make and fantasize about trying to, actually done on a professional scale and “perfectly” by some of the independent boutiques that Babyccino represents in their online collection. Hand-sewn crowns, painted twig wands, crystals, incredibly artistic childrens’ books, turquoise and silver baby jewelry, knit items that are so sweet it would be lucky to wear them (just to name a few of the finds) – and all done in ecologically mindful ways. Not only were the pieces from every participant to die for, but all of the women behind the companies were truly present, beautiful, fashionable, funny, and thoughtful. Started by Esther Van De Paal, Courtney Adamo, and Emilie Walmsley, the Babyccino collections are worldly and sweetly sophisticated. Universally attractive to anyone shopping for a baby, child, or teen that is loved, the pieces are all one of a kind. Speaking of jewelry for kids, I was really taken by Blanca Monros Gomez Fine Jewelry. Her creations are elegant and delicate, and can be monogrammed in child-size perfection so that they are timeless keepsakes. Check out the Babyccino website for activities too, in New York. They have a fun city guide section for London, Paris, New York, Amsterdam, and other cities too. This is all great to browse and feel like you’re traveling, even if you have small kids and feel like you never will again. On their site, they have a Parenting section with interesting articles (including “What Kids Around the World Eat for Breakfast“), that have made my night! They have a truly fun YouTube Channel, which includes fun additions like, “How to Make a French Braid.” Check out their recipe section for tons of tasty tidbits. Their blog is also chock full of ideas, inspiration, and beautiful shots. You seriously might fall in love with Babyccino, as I have!
