#PinkOutNYC Rally Against Attacks on Planned Parenthood

Here I am, the mother of two chosen children. I live in New York City, and was an American child of the 70’s and 80’s. Therefore, my time and decisions regarding carrying out my pregnancies and babies’ lives was mine to work with in the 90’s and onward. No one else told me it was, or wasn’t, my business. And life was hard enough at that! But things could, unfortunately, be changing regarding these rights that so many of us have taken for granted. This is why we all need to know about this critical rally against attacks on Planned Parenthood, which is a staple for so many women during their personal, reproductive timeframes. I had just been reading this interesting article on Lenny, when I learned about the rally that will be taking place on Tuesday, September 29th at 12 pm in Foley Square (across from the Court House, near the J/Z, 4/5/6, and R lines.) We should all, seriously, be making an appearance here, and please share this invitation and news with everyone you know.

Pink Out Day is a national effort of supporters and activists coming together to show anti-abortion extremists and politicians that we will not let them use fraud and deception to shut down the health centers so many folks in New York City and nationwide rely on for care. Join fellow New Yorkers as we stand up and fight back against the relentless attacks on reproductive health!
