Brooklyn Mama’s Kitchen is a weekly YouTube show that brings you delicious recipes moms are making in their kitchens from all around Brooklyn. The show follows the creator and host, Liza Zeneski, and her youngest son Nicholas as they visit homes around our borough. Liza gets to learn, help make, and taste guest star moms’ favorite recipes. Brooklyn is so rich with different cultures and that is what makes this show so unique – the wide variety of recipes made on the show. There’s everything from homemade rose geranium ice cream, to chicken flautas with tomatillo salsa. The recipes are delicious and very easy to make, perfect for anyone who has ever been at loss with dinner ideas.
Liza is a mom to two boys and a novice cook. Her husband used to do all the cooking, but that changed once their oldest son was born. She was always on a look out for some new, healthy and yummy things to make for her family. She noticed that a lot of conversations with other moms revolved around food – dishes that their kids liked and disliked, recipes that could be prepped or even made in advance and dinner ideas with less clean up time. That’s how the idea for Brooklyn Mama’s Kitchen was born. Liza decided to find out what other moms are cooking for their families, and to share these with other parents everywhere. The show airs every Thursday at 1:00pm. You can check it out atwww.brooklynmamaskitchen.com and don’t forget to subscribe to their YouTube channel – Brooklyn Mama’s Kitchen.
