Welcome to 2016! If your child was born in 2012 and you live in New York City, you can apply to pre-K for the 2016-2017 school year from January 25-March 4.
Use these resources to help you get ready to submit an application.
1. Information Sessions: Ask questions about applying to pre-K—attend a session between January 27 andFebruary 3 to hear about the admissions process and timeline.
2. Pre-K Directory: Learn about your pre-K options—get to know the admissions process and what programs are available.
Arabic | Bengali | Chinese | English | French | Haitian Creole | Korean | Russian | Spanish | Urdu
English print directories for families will be available at pre-K providers, elementary schools, Family Welcome Centers, local libraries, and community centers by the end of January; translated directories will be available at these locations in mid-February.
3. Pre-K Finder: Find new choices before completing your application—type in your address to see pre-K programs in your area.
