We love giving the heads-up for good times! What could be more fun than watching circus performances at dusk with your family? Sometimes, a jaunt into Manhattan is simply worth it, and this is one of those times! City Parks Foundation proudly presents an incredible, entertaining line-up on August 20/21 at 7pm in Marcus Garvey Park, Harlem.
Kalabante Circus, which is comprised of Guinean artists, will delight audiences with circus, dance, acrobatics, storytelling, acting and singing, with a West African flavor. The Guinean/Canadian artistic company is also a humanitarian project. Kalabante built and operates a school in Guinea, which offers both a circus school and traditional education, building the next generation of African circus artists.
