Although it’s not in Brooklyn, Lincoln Center should be on every New Yorker’s bucket list of locations to take the kids to. Why not start with this incredible film festival made just for them? My First Film Fest is designed for children to remember their first film festival, not just seeing their first film in a theater. It’s a 6 day event from November 3rd-8th and will feature a sneak peak at the new hit, Trolls. The other films are so great you will want to go as well (even though you may have seen some of them in your own childhood already): The Dark Crystal, Girls in the Middle Ages, Lamb, Microcosmos, Miss Impossible, Modern Times, My Neighbor Totoro, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Phantom Boy, Steamboat Bill, Jr., A Town Called Panic: Double Fun, and Where the Wild Things Are.
