Kid’s martial arts classes can be a great way to burn off energy and develop discipline, as well as a good introduction to fitness. As kids progress and improve, they feel empowered and can develop greater self-confidence. It also is an opportunity to develop the focus and self-control so many kids desperately need! If you think your kid can benefit from martial arts classes, here is a round-up of select classes in Brooklyn. We have not tried all of these (who possibly could?) so do your due diligence.
