SKATEYOGI (Prospect Lefferts Gardens) – This skateboarding day camp is designed for all from absolute beginners to experienced shredders (ages 6-12). They include lots of daily outdoor skateboarding time in Prospect Park or a nearby yard as well as complimentary skateboard and safety gear rental if needed. With 4:1 student to teach ratio, they promise lots of personal attention and group students by level. Their regular day goes from 8:30am-3:30pm with the extended day option until 6pm (+$30). Textile Arts Center (Brooklyn/Manhattan) – They offer full day mini-sessions (9 AM-5 PM) for kids ages 5-11 in Brooklyn and Manhattan locations during school breaks. In these classes, students explore subjects such as weaving, sewing, embroidery, printing, felting and dyeing. Each day is dedicated to a full project, and supplemented with organized play time.
