All The Ladies Brings Our Daughters Hope

With the profound disappointment that a female presidential candidate still faces such as strong double standard, our daughters may need a some feminist inspiration this spring. The new all-female collection of feminist songs, All The Ladies addresses difficult topics in a child-friendly way such as systemic sexism and a hope for real gender equality.

Written by Joanie Leeds and produced by GRAMMY award winner Lucy Kalantari , All The Ladies releases April 3rd in the same year as the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment, which granted women the right to vote in 1920. Special performers on the album include Lisa Loeb, Sonia De Los Santos, Lucy Kalantari, Carly Ciarrocchi, Lori Henriques, Polly Hall, Amelia Robinson, Tina Kinney Jones, Suzi Shelton, Edie Carey, Chava Mirel, Kyler England, Vered Benhorin, Nelly Rocha, Caylen Bryant, Libby Weitnauer, Rosa Avila, Lisa Brigantino and Lisette Santiago.

The best song on the album is the catchy tribute to RBG as an a role-model for young girls. I also love “You’re Beautiful” featuring Lucy Kalantari and “Lioness” about protective, sacrificing mothers.

The album will be available on all the major streaming sources including Amazon*, Spotify, and iTunes. A percentage of the proceeds from the album will go straight to the National Women’s Law Center (advocates, experts, and lawyers who fight for gender justice by driving change in the courts, in public policy, and in society, especially for women facing multiple forms of discrimination.)
