Do you need Homework Help?
The Brooklyn Public Library Homework Help Program has offered homework assistance to NYC kids in all BPL locations (pre-pandemic) for 10+ years. Now this valuable program is now being offered virtually so that kids in grades K-8 and high school can get homework help from home. There is no charge for families to participate in the program.
The Virtual Homework Help program matches skilled, trained volunteers with local students who need help with school assignments. Kids in grades 1-8 (and high school upon request) can get help with math, reading, writing, and test prep, while students in grades K-8 can get help with math, reading, and writing. Upon request, assistance is offered in other subjects. Volunteers are on hand to help students one-on-one and in small groups on Zoom during after school sessions.
