We recently discovered that NYC has a DUMPLING festival, a unique opportunity to eat as many balls of doughy goodness as possible. The 2015 Chef One NYC Dumpling Festival is headed to Sara D. Roosevelt Park (E. Houston St. Between Chrystie St. and Forsyth St. in Chinatown) this Saturday, September 26th on the first ever National Dumpling Day, from 12-5 p.m.
The annual event features dumplings from around the world. Admission is free, but we recommend investing in a tasting ticket ($20, cash only) which entitles you to four servings from any participating restaurant or booth at the Festival and serve as your entry into the raffle to win some amazing prizes. There will also be live performances, a photo booth, and a dumpling-making class.Read More »Bring the Kids to the NYC Dumpling Festival this Weekend
